Founded in 1999, Antiquário Cristiano Ross is dedicated to the research, curation and sale of original pieces of Brazilian and international modern design from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.
The collection brings together works by Jorge Zalszupin, Sergio Rodrigues, Geraldo de Barros, Tenreiro, Zanine Caldas, Percival Lafer, Lina Bo Bardi, Gabriella Crespi and Carlo Nason, selected for their historical and aesthetic significance, authenticity and provenance.
The gallery is led by partners Cristiano Martini Ross, a business administrator and antiques dealer, and Julio Pereira, a photographer, bringing different perspectives on design, architecture, art and material culture.
Antiquário Cristiano Ross is part of the board of the Brazilian Modern Design Guild (BMDG), a collective dedicated to preserving and promoting Brazilian design, reaffirming its commitment to research, transparency and the preservation of this heritage.
